Positioning
Our brand positioning is a statement that defines our brand’s point of difference. It conveys where we sit in the minds of the client and the marketplace. It serves as a litmus test for how we define our actions, strategies and choices
Shorewest is the most experienced real estate company in Wisconsin, helping buyers, sellers and agents navigate the complex world of real estate so they can do big decisions better.
Logo
The research has shown that there is equity built into the Shorewest logo. People know and recognize the red triangle. They associate it with real estate in Southeastern Wisconsin. This recognition has been developed for decades and cultivated to where it is today – synonymous with the most trusted real estate company in the state!

Color
As one of the three primary colors, RED, is a powerful color. It impacts people on both cognitive and emotional levels. In general, RED is energetic and has a positive connotation in branding. We use the color RED to create a powerful and memorable brand identity. It is an inspiring color that attracts attention and stimulates thinking.

Typography
In our brand identity, typography plays a crucial role in conveying our message and creating a strong visual impact. Our brand fonts have been carefully chosen to serve as the voice in which the Shorewest brand communicates.
Our two main typefaces strike a harmonious balance between timeless aesthetic and a fresh, modern feel. Additionally, for certain details, we employ a script font.
